Verðlagning
Verð er birt með fyrirvara um myndabrengl eða innsláttarvillur. Góði hirðirinn áskilur sér rétt til að fella niður viðskipti ef rangt verð var gefið upp.[B1] Allar vörur eru seldar í því ástandi sem þær eru og miðast verðið við það.
Greiðslumöguleikar
Við bjóðum upp á greiðslu með debet- og kreditkortum.
Greiðslur fara fram í gegnum örugga greiðslugátt Straums, sem hefur hlotið PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) öryggisvottun frá óháðum aðilum.
Kortanúmer eru ekki vistuð hjá okkur. Aðeins svokölluð sýndarnúmer eru geymd í öruggu greiðslukerfi Áskels til að tryggja öryggi og þægindi við endurtekin kaup.
Persónuvernd
Við vinnum með persónuupplýsingar í samræmi við persónuverndarstefnu og í fullu samræmi við lög um persónuvernd og vinnslu persónuupplýsinga nr. 90/2018, sbr. reglugerð Evrópuþingsins og ráðsins (ESB) 2016/679
Afhending pantana
Afgreiðsla pantana miðast við 0-2 virka daga frá pöntun. Þegar pöntun er tilbúin til afhendingar fær kaupandi tölvupóst því til staðfestingar.
Afhending pantana fer fram á opnunartíma verslunar Góða hirðisins, Köllunarklettsvegi 1, 104 Reykjavík. Vörurnar eru sóttar í lúgu vefverslunar sem er staðsett innst í versluninni.
Ósóttar pantanir
Pöntun skal sótt innan 3 vikna frá því kaupandi fær tilkynningu um að pöntun sé tilbúin til afhendingar. Á því tímabili eru sendar allt að þrjár áminningar vegna ósóttrar pöntunar. Þriðja áminning er send 14 dögum eftir að pöntun er tilkynnt tilbúin til afhendingar og veitir kaupanda 7 daga viðbótarfrest til að sækja pöntunina.
Ef pöntun er ekki sótt innan þessa frests fellur hún niður og kaupandi á ekki rétt á endurgreiðslu.
Skilafrestur og endurgreiðsluréttur
Samkvæmt reglum um rafræn kaup má falla frá kaupum innan 14 daga frá því vara var tilkynnt tilbúin til afhendingar og fá endurgreitt að fullu.
- Vöru skal skilað í verslun Góða hirðisins Köllunarklettsveg 1 í lúgu vefverslunar innst í verslun. Vöruskil fara fram virka daga frá 11:00-17:50 og um helgar 11:00-16:50.
- Sýna þarf fram á kvittun fyrir kaupum.
- Endurgreitt er inn á sama greiðslumiðil og notaður var við kaup.
- Að öðru leyti er vísað í lög um neytendakaup nr.48/2003

Pricing
All prices are subject to typographical errors or image inaccuracies. Góði hirðirinn reserves the right to cancel a transaction if an incorrect price has been stated. All items are sold as is, and prices reflect the condition of each product.
Payment Methods
We accept payments by debit and credit cards.
Payments are processed through Straumur’s secure payment gateway, which is certified according to the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by independent authorities.
Card numbers are not stored by us. Only so-called virtual card numbers are stored securely within the Áskell payment system to ensure safety and convenience for repeat purchases.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and in full compliance with the Icelandic Data Protection Act No. 90/2018, cf. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
Delivery of Goods
Orders are generally processed within 0–2 business days from the time of purchase. When an item is ready for pickup, the customer will receive an email notification confirming this.
Orders are collected during opening hours at the Góði hirðirinn store, Köllunarklettsvegur 1, 104 Reykjavík. Items are collected at the online store pickup counter, located at the rear of the shop.
Uncollected Items
Orders must be collected within 3 weeks from the date the customer is notified that the order is ready for collection.
During this period, up to three reminder emails will be sent regarding uncollected orders.
The third reminder is sent fourteen (14) days after the order is notified as ready for collection and grants the customer an additional seven (7) days to collect the order.
If the order is not collected within this time frame, it will be cancelled and the customer is not entitled to a refund.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations on electronic commerce, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date the item is declared ready for pickup and receive a full refund.
Returned items must be delivered to the Góði hirðirinn store at Köllunarklettsvegur 1, at the online store pickup counter located at the rear of the shop. Returns are accepted on weekdays from 11:00–17:50 and on weekends from 11:00–16:50.
Proof of purchase must be presented.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In any other circumstance, reference is made to the lög um neytendakaup nr.48/2003.
